German Ed Tech Company Mersys enters Pakistani market by partnering with Excellence Delivered

25 April 2022, Lahore- Mersys enters the Pakistani market through cooperation with ExD, with the goal of providing high-quality education to everyone, wherever. ExD will supply Mersys’ cutting-edge education administration platform, Campus, to schools, colleges, universities, and vocational training institutes across the country as part of this partnership. As Pakistan’s population expands, so do the obstacles to gaining access to education. With over 60% of Pakistan’s population still living in rural regions, programs like Campus strive to close the gap between urban and rural education quality. Mersys assists in bridging the digital divide.

The campus is built with communication, transparency, and privacy in mind to support online, classroom, and hybrid education methods. Teachers can use the program to prepare classes, conduct lectures, offer and receive assignments, and automate repetitive operations using data banks. It also enables school administrators to handle admissions, and student and teacher affairs, as well as gain insight into their students’ performance. Campus software, on the other hand, is distinguished by its focus on students and parents. “We are happy to join with ExD to contribute to the digitization of Pakistan’s education sector,” says Mersys Founder and COO Arman Kozhabayev.

Free Fire Community Donates 25,000 KG Rice to Flood Victims in Pakistan

  The gaming community of Free Fire, one of the most popular mobile games in Pakistan, has pledged to donate 25000 Kg of rice as humanitarian assistance to support the people affected by the unprecedented floods in Pakistan. According to preliminary estimates, 65% of Pakistan’s main food crops including 70% of its rice have been swept away during the floods. The rice is expected to provide immediate relief to around 200,000 people in the most affected communities.   A call for support was issued to the whole community through an online event, held inside the game, where each Free Fire player could donate the virtual tokens that they earned by simply playing the game. Beaconhouse Group Donates Rs 15 million for Flood Relief through the Mahmud Ali Kasuri Welfare Trust

Lahore – Thursday, 22 September, 2022: Beaconhouse, Pakistan’s largest network of private educational institutions has made a Rs 15 million donation through its charitable wing, Mahmud Ali Kasuri (MAK) Welfare Trust, to assist flood affected families by aiding relief and reconstruction work in the worst-hit areas of Pakistan. Beaconhouse has collaborated with Akhuwat Foundation to help flood affectees by distributing 2,000 ration bags worth Rs 10 million in DG Khan, Punjab; Nowshera, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa; Khairpur and Thatta, Sindh; and Pasheen, Balochistan. These ration bags contain a variety of food items for approximately one month of sustenance for a family of six to seven individuals.
